Unfortunately, the contract between Walden Media and the C.S. Lewis Estate has expired, and, because of a moratorium, no studio will be able to produce another Narnia movie until 2018. Dogulas Gresham, co-producer of the films and stepson of C.S. Lewis, has announced that he is considering having an independent company produce the next film.
