Goodbye, Narnia.com

Earlier this week, Disney removed the Narnia movie website from their server.  The Prince Caspian DVD page and the LWW DVD page are still active through Disney.com, but the “Narnia Portal” no longer exists.  According to John Burkitt, the Narnia.com domain belongs to the Lewis Estate.

Why is the site down?  Now that 20th Century Fox will be handling promotions and advertising, they will maintain the Narnia.com website.  We guess that the new Narnia.com will likely be up and running somewhere around summer 2010 for the promotion of Voyage of the Dawn Treader, but a temporary site may go up sooner.
