This isn’t much news, but BrisbaneTimes.com.au has posted an article about the Dawn Treader with another picture of the ship.
Rumours were circulating around the point yesterday that the set was actually a boat-shaped restaurant or a boat museum under construction.
Mark and Carol Flanagan, of Victoria Point, had no idea a film set was in their neighbourhood.
The couple arrived at Cleveland Point for a fish and chips lunch yesterday only to see the looming ship on what is normally parkland.
“It’s pretty cool,” Carol said.
“I’ll watch the movie now just because I’ve seen the set.”

Quite a good photo for giving a nice overall impression of the ship’s profile. I’d assume that the area left unpanelled will be covered by the dragons wings on each side. If so, i doubt the previous “wing” photos we saw will be the wings at all, as they looked far to small and not nearly curved enough to smoothly fit over that area. A little bit disappointed with the paint job, they should of continuted the green all the way up, but it doesn’t look like they are going to do that now.
