42-year-old Richard Henderson of Grandview, Missouri, was prosecuted last October for illegally recording The Dark Knight (2008) in theaters during opening weekend. When police searched his home, along with over 1200 counterfeit DVDs they also found a partial recording of Prince Caspian (2008)! Earlier this week, Henderson was sentenced to two years in prison and told to pay $24,738 in restitution for the DVDs. You can read the complete story here.
