It’s Skandar Keynes’s (Edmund Pevensie) 19th birthday! And he has updated his official website to celebrate — and say hello to fans.
5 September is Skandar’s 19th birthday. He has been vacationing in Lebanon and enjoying eating the grapes and figs from the garden and generally relaxing before going to university.
Skandar’s mother’s family is from Lebanon. Which university will he attend this fall? I learned from Tony Nixon – Official (Facebook) in May that Skandar will attend either Cambridge University (Cambridge, England) or Edinburgh University (Edinburgh, Scotland) — more likely Cambridge. His course of study? According to the “Personal Facts” page on his website, “Arabic and Middle East Studies” – unless Skandar changes his plans.

UPDATE: something else of interest appears on Skandar’s “personal facts” page regarding his future. He says he’s still thinking about what he “want[s] to be when [he] grow[s] up.” So will Skandar continue acting (or consider it)? Maybe! He says studying at university “doesn’t mean that I can’t carry on acting if I am offered any suitable parts at the right time.” Let’s pray Skandar is offered some “suitable parts” in the near future!

Whatever you do skandar, You will be good at. Just be shure you are are seeking something that fills your soul with peace and happiness and love. Cuz love is all that matters. (u dont know me, but i know u, weird and lond story involving a relationship with “YOU” on myspace… Only to find out it was never you.

Funny. I too thought I had a relationship with Skandar — on Facebook (Sebastian Keynes the giant turtle). I discovered my mistake last month and was heartbroken.
