In late August, we posted in the “Dawn Treader Promotions and Ads” album on our Facebook page a cover of the movie tie-in book Die Reise auf der Morgenröte. Fotos aus Narnia (The Voyage of the Dawn Treader: Photos of Narnia). Now new German NarniaWebber “pippovic”‘ has given fans eight (8) new movie stills from The Voyage of the Dawn Treader! And they all come from this newly released 48-page book, which has lots of photos. Right now, the book is available only in Germany. It costs 7.95€. Click here to order it from Amazon. NarniaWebber icarus did!
Check out four of the movie stills below. You can see the other four on the NarniaWeb forum, with “pippovic’s” short explanations of what’s happening in each still. All eight movie stills have been added to our “Dawn Treader Movie Stills” Facebook album. Check them out here.
Thanks to Rj Conti (NarniaWebber ‘Liberty Hoffman’) for the heads-up!
UPDATE: NarniaWebber “pippovic” has posted seven more movie stills! Check out photos of Lucy at Magician’s Island and Aslan’s Country below. Click here to see the other five. I wonder when all the stills from this book will be posted.

Oooh….Ahh….
I posted a full review of the plot detailed by this book in the NarniaWeb forum. Go there to check it out! :-)
Thanks, icarus! *hug*
I love the picture of the “I’m the king!” “No, I’m the king!” scene (second from bottom). That was always a favorite part of the book for me, just because you got to see the other side of the characters. Same reason I like the scene in Prince Caspian (the movie) when Caspian and Peter almost kill each other.
Oodelally!! These are awesome!!! Thanks so much for linking to them! I love that first one of Caspian
:D
and the one that Queen Swanwhite described as “I’m the king!” “No, I’m the king!” ;-)
:D
I’m sooooo excited about this film!!
I also love the “I’m a king” scene at Goldwater (book: Deathwater)! And I like Aslan’s table. But these photos of Ramandu’s island seem rather dark and depressing to me. It wasn’t that way in the book. Lucy, at Magician’s Island, looks terrified!
To me, image one appears to be Caspian holding a box with Lucy’s dagger, cordial, and cordial belt. The second image is of Bern( my he has quite a beard) holding the first of the seven swords? The third image is most likely to be at Deathwater where Caspian and Edmund fight over is true king( I like Lucy in the background). The fourth image at Aslan’s table is very cool looking, though what are they looking at? It may be RD coming down from the sky as shown in the second trailer. I am really excited now!
Correct interpretations! For more info about all the images and the book they come from, check out the NarniaWeb forum link in the story.
